Refund Policy (Parents)


Please note that  parent paid clubs/nursery sessions are on set days for the set number of weeks. 

You can purchase the course after it has started however missed sessions will not be transferred or refunded.

Course prices are based around the number of weeks the course runs and your booking will be valid for that course until it’s end.

Please note that courses are not transferable. Missed sessions whether due to booking after the course start date or non-attendance on one or more sessions will not be transferred or refunded. 


Please be aware that if we have to rearrange a sessions due to the coach being absent (for health, traffic or any other emergency) we will re-arrange the session to another day/time. In this situation there will be no option of issuing a refund.

Only if we are unable to find an alternative day/time for the session you will be issued a refund for the session missed. In this unlikely scenario we will contact you to inform you.


If you need to cancel your place on a club (for unforeseen circumstances) you can do this up to 24 hours before the course of sessions is about to start. Simply email or call 01277 725 043 and we will offer you a credit note for the amount you originally paid. Please note, there will be no option of a refund.

Client Terms & Conditions (Nurseries & Pre-schools)

Your new sports coaching specialists are here to assist your children in becoming fitter, healthier and happier. Our aim at Super Star Sport is to inspire the future through sport.

Your children can now benefit from sports specialists attending your setting on a regular basis.

Our coaches are looking forward to working with you and seeing the children’s enjoyment throughout sessions and development through their time at your setting.

We have run through most of what you need to know, with this introduction is to highlight the main points for you to refer back to as our working relationship grows.

  • To let us know at least 24hrs prior to the session if you need to re-arrange for any reason. (Open days, nursery outings etc..)

  • Rainy/Snow days: Sessions can take place in a class room. If you do need to cancel the session on the day, call us as soon as possible. If your coach attends, and the session does not run, you will still be charged.

  • If you wish to stop sessions, please give us 4 weeks notice.

  • Feel free to give us feedback on the sessions. We always want to improve & praise our team for good work.

  • Please ensure the children are ready for the session start time.

Holiday Camps

By signing up to a holiday camp you agree to:

  • Inform Super Star Sport of any food intolerance or medical conditions of your child/children

  • Provide medication for your child/children if required and inform a team member of SSS before the camp starts

  • Allow my child to take part in all activities and not aware of any injury, illness or any other health related issues that would restrict my child’s ability to play competitive or non competitive sport

  • Assume all risk of expenses due to injury or death that may occur in my child’s involvement in sports, practices, games and travel to and from activities

  • Provide adequate food and drink for my child/children

  • Collect my child on time and inform Super Star Sport Essex immediately if I will be late (late pick may result in additional fees)

  • To not hold Super Star Sport Essex or anyone acting on their behalf responsible and harmless in the event of an injury of my child, while participating under the supervision of the above.
